45分钟的日常,打了两个月左右,也不是每天都打,一周有三四天打这样,饮食没有控制,爱吃啥吃啥,还降了两公斤,很开心,我爱死这游戏了

最近解锁了后跳步,在垫子上滑了一下以后果断把运动鞋穿上了

我父母大概不太需要室内运动软件,因为他们比较喜欢往外走……我妈是爱旅游,我爹爱爬山,平时看他们的步数打卡随随便便就有1w5……大概只有坐办公室又不爱运动的我最弱了……

...基础练习—动作里面可以看所有动作解说,也可以点进去有简单教程。
新动作的时候教程我印象中要点好几次才能进去,你下次再试试看。

左右前后横跳卡不准的话就落地的那一拍有意识地下压joycon,会比较好判定,就和下蹲的时候要上拉jpycon一样。

手柄状态吃不准,有时候有延迟也有提前。
我不知道是不是因为久了手柄判断会不准。
不过基本上我是不受影响老老实实做动作。但是时间长了我觉得对心情还是有影响

偶尔会有突然卡一下的情况, 不过也就是两三天出现一次的频率

教程是后脚跟离地用脚拇指支撑,自己之前都是前脚跟也离地了,不仅平衡做不好还特别累

趁着打折入了,萌新表示抓判定好难啊..感觉侧钩和上钩在我出拳的时候都没判定到,反而在收的时候判定到了,是我动作不对吗?

左右踏步熟悉以后基本能稳定just了,现在困扰我的是前踏步……因为要跟着节奏晃动身体所以经常前踏步在晃身体时被误判成good 踏步刺拳和后踏步也没有问题,就是这个纯前踏步我已经好久没打出just了

前阵子有几条不太舒服,就每天打15分钟打了一段。
上周有点闲,改35分钟,做完还专门另外找了个拉伸来做。
结果还是又开始酸痛了。
摸鱼要不得……
