We are contacting you regarding international shipments of the Xenoblade Chronicles 3 Original Soundtrack (Limited Edition) and the Xenoblade Chronicles Original Soundtrack Trinity Box.
To ensure that items shipped internationally are not damaged, we have asked the logistics company in charge of shipping to pack the items with extreme care. Consequently, it will take time before all international orders are fulfilled. All orders should be fulfilled by the end of August, however, it is possible that all orders will be fulfilled before then. We deeply apologize for taking time to complete the shipments and would like to humbly ask for your patience and understanding.
A notification email will be sent to you when your order is shipped. In that email you will be able to find the Tracking ID of your shipment. In the case that you have made multiple orders, multiple notification emails will be sent to you. You will also be able to find the Tracking ID by accessing your My Account page on Procyon Store and clicking on the applicable order number.
Please note that, depending on where your order is sent, it is possible that customs duty fees, tariffs or taxes (such as a VAT) will be charged. These fees will be charged in addition to the total fee you paid for your order through Procyon Store. For more information, we would like to ask you to contact FedEx or the relevant customs authorities.
In the case that we have contacted you in a separate email about adjusting the shipping address of your order, please refer to that email about what you need to do regarding your order.
In the case that your order has already been shipped or in the case that you did not order either of the two items listed at the beginning of this email, please disregard this email. We apologize for the inconvenience.
