That whole thing about the elections is basically about conditioning a small group of Ukrainians who aren’t on or near the front lines, under occupation, or abroad to choose a puppet willing to accept Moscow’s demands in exchange for stopping the atrocities against their country.
Unfortunately, it’s not just Russia that wants this. The US wants the same thing. And that nonsense about a 4% approval should be too ridiculous even for Russian propaganda.
It blows my mind that Trump could say the Russians didn’t want to launch many missiles at Kyiv. There’s literally an air raid happening right now — the third one today! Russia has killed many civilians by launching missiles and drones at Kyiv, and the damage would have been much worse if Trump had been president in 2022 and the world hadn’t sent Ukraine good air defense.
And no, Ukraine doesn’t look like Gaza. Maybe he should’ve visited Ukraine first 🤦🏼♀️
