新规下的东大教培也是非营利，盈利没盈利不知道，反正教职员工的正当薪酬和运营成本都是允许合法支出的，资本家们纷纷逃窜。

拿着医院偷换概念还指责别人双标呢，公立医院是非营利法人那是法律规定，有法律要求OpenAI做非营利法人了吗？我寻思美国的私立诊所咋就算非盈利机构了，问过美国法律了吗。那么要对比美国私人医院吗。
