Make sure that you have registered the game with your Nintendo Account.
For digital purchases, the game is registered to the Nintendo Account that made the purchase.
For physical purchases, the game card must be manually registered to a Nintendo Account on the Nintendo Switch console.
Make sure that you are checking the correct e-mail address.
The code will be e-mailed to the Nintendo Account that is associated with the physical or digital game purchase.
If the purchase was registered to a Nintendo Account for a child, the e-mail will be sent to the parent / guardian’s e-mail address.
Check your spam / junk e-mail folder to see if the e-mail got routed there.
If you have a Gmail account, the e-mail may have been routed into the "Promotions" folder of your Gmail inbox.
Make sure that you have waited long enough. It may take up to 10 business days for your code to arrive from when you purchased or registered the game.

之前都是随机角色的能有5成胜率，忽然随到个马里奥被吊起来打了。打完之后将电脑角色直接设成马里奥，现在胜率只有三成
