缅甸枭雄貌桑卡的传奇人生——从诗人到缅族人民解放军总司令

Maung Saungkha seemed like an unlikely face for the war for democracy in Myanmar. In his past life, he was a peaceful anti-government poet. Now, he’s leading an armed militia against the state. In video provided to Reuters, he appears to be in a jungle camp, talking to Rebel fighters of the Bamar people’s Liberation Army, or BPLA, an army he leads after founding it two years ago. The 30 year old says his life now involves negotiating arms deals and dodging air strikes.
貌桑卡(Maung Saungkha)本来应该不太可能参加缅甸民主战争，在过去生活中，貌桑卡是一位和平的反政府诗人。而现在，他正领导一支武装力量对抗政府。在路透社获取的视频中，貌桑卡似乎在一个丛林军营中，与缅族人民解放军(简称BPLA)的反政府战士交谈。貌桑卡两年前组建了这支军队。这位30岁的年轻人说，他现在的生活就是购买军火和躲避空袭。
“We chose to take up arms as we had no other choice. The situation demanded it, and I would say that this is most unfortunate for us. Nobody wants to do this. We were forced to choose this path.”

It wasn’t always so. Like many others, Maung took to the streets to protest the Junta that ousted Aung San Suu Kyi’s government in February 2021. He went into hiding after a warrant was placed on his head. He lost faith in peaceful protests, and founded the BPLA. It was helped by his track record as an anti-government activist before the coup. Maung was known popularly throughout the country as the “penis poet”. He was jailed in 2015 for writing a satirical poem about his penis tattooed with a portrait of then president Thein Sein. After that he kept writing and became more politically active. He advocated for equality for the country's many minorities and against the imprisonment of journalists, including two Reuter’s reporters who were detained for covering the Rohingya massacre. When he’s not busy on the front lines, now Maung says he’s still composing poems.

“I wrote a poem about love last week, and it turned out to be about a soldier in the jungle missing his girlfriend, who was left behind in the city. It would be easy for my poems to be all about the revolution, but I am making conscious efforts to not do that.”
“上周我写了一首爱情诗，内容是丛林里一名士兵思念留在城里的女友。我的诗很容易变成全都是有关革命的，但我正有意识地努力避免这样做。”
The Junta, which has charged Maung with sedition, says armed groups that oppose it are terrorists who sow chaos and kill civilians. It did not respond to Reuters’ requests for comment about the story.
军政府指控貌桑卡煽动叛乱，说反对军政府的武装组织是**，他们制造混乱，杀害平民。对于貌桑卡的事，军政府没有回应路透社的置评请求。
Maung says he worries about potential retribution against his family. “All of us, myself included, have no plans to return to our former lives, no matter what happens to our parents. As a commander who must lead my comrades, I have to keep that in mind.” He adds that after the Junta has been ousted, he wants to open a bar for young veterans, as they have missed many opportunities to experience joy in their youth.
貌桑卡表示，担心家人可能遭到报复。“我们所有人，包括我在内，都没有计划要回到从前的生活，无论我们的父母遭遇什么。作为指挥官，我必须领导战友，我得记住这一点。貌桑卡还说，军政府被推翻后，他希望为年轻退役军人开一家酒吧，因为他们在青年时代错过了许多体验快乐的机会。 |
