找了三次客服,终于第三个可以走RMA手续返厂了!前面两个客服最后说“Thank you for following up with us. We are investigating this issue further. As soon as we have more information, we will update your ticket.”和“I am sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your Steam Deck. We are investigating this issue further. As soon as we have more information, we will update your ticket.” 第一个我等了三天也没后续才开新客服案例,第二个我收到这种模版回复后就立刻关闭开新客服案例了。然后reddit上看到有人说这种情况最多的等了一周收到了后续返厂通知。这次耐下心在收到“Thank you for reaching out. Before we look into our options, we'll need to investigate the issue further. Please do not prematurely close out this help request as it will lead to delayed processing times. As soon as we have more information, we will update your ticket.”后等了2天,并且给客服强调了官网上的保修原文和返厂手续原文。今天终于收到说24小时内给我发预付费的返厂快递单。
我还以为任天堂和索尼的官网不提供自助服务,必须打客服电话才能由客服确认可以返厂维修就是极限了。没想到这次还有高手 |
