If it was diamagnetism it would be orders magnitude stronger than anything ever recorded, it's also locked in position way higher above the magnet than a diamagnetic material would, also a diamagnet needs to be flat when floating to remain positionally stable, a small particle like in the video wouldn't be locked in position wobbling like it is if it was a diamagnet, it would have to be the Meissner effect for it to be that positionally stable with that much wobbling given the dimensions of it (it would be tumbling and Rolling if it was a diamagnet)
