If you want a good laugh, find this game. The minute I saw who they were trying to pass off as “Snake” (that’s not Snake, that’s Arnold) and “LTD. SNAKE IS A MASTER AT MARTIAL ARTS” I fucking started to laugh so hard that I almost suffocated.

As a Metal Gear game, it's quite a shame. As a standalone stealth combat game, it's decent. It would have been a bit more forgiving had it not been for the typical poor translation, but you can't really not expect that from a game of that particular time. And no matter what, this little situation makes no exception to the game's treatment.
Overall, the game is fun to skim through with a guide and possibly infinite health cheat. Things like side scrolling segments, tedious backtracking (especially in a combination of side scrolling segments) and lack of proper radio support and item description make the game painful.
顶多也就是有些人觉得屎，有些人觉得还能玩，反正我不觉得能称得上“广受好评”。多年以后为了论证这游戏属于能玩的范畴还要专门发帖讨论，这已经很能说明问题了。

上述视频本身主题也是关于任天堂的而非小岛秀夫，具体内容也是相当不堪——倒不是正确性方面的问题，就是洗稿感强烈，B站只要是相关任天堂的科普很容易散发这种味道，非任天堂的怀旧视频这方面倒还好
稍微出圈一点就没有任何认知度了，敖厂长蹭合金装备的时候（他倒应该是有自身了解的）弹幕全在问是不是在讲合金弹头

为什么说任天堂是洗稿重灾区而别的游戏相对好很多，是因为任天堂国内玩家是真不懂，网上能抄的第一手中文资料又少（甚至里面还混着很多徐老师的YY），只能一知半解的拿国外几个高流量的视频做参考，写出来的东西没一篇不像洗稿的
已经比过去只会看日语中的汉字强了
