和发行没关系，就是开发者自己加戏。贴两段这人在官方频道里的回应：
we spend a lot of time making this decision to decide should be 'Maintenance' or not, and finally we choose yes. a lot of players said you are an indie game, why do you maintain a whole day? and we just think we should do the safest choice even if they did not ask us to do that, that's why we choose yes
Frankly speaking, this is a self-demand, and the government will never make it clear that this is necessary, but some people will make such a choice for safety, such as us

所你不知道哪天就被铁拳了，所以我不玩国服的游戏，国产游戏外服也不玩彻底断了风险
斗鱼和YY一大堆直播今天也没停啊，他们就不算公共娱乐了吧
所以国内的”单机游戏“并不是单机游戏，根本保证不了消费者和使用者的权益，就很多人洗只有pve的在线游戏是单机游戏，到了这种日子上不了线就怨天怨地。
买的一大帮国产独立游戏都没啥，就他么加戏。
