Win11のバグについて

Today, I attemped to change my comuper's sound settings. But I found that the text in Windows 11 were in chaos. I tried to change to another language, even tried to remove Chinese language pack, but the text in system is still in chaos.
How can I fix it?

I tried reboot and logout several times.
I removed Chinese language pack and I'm creating Ubuntu Instal media now, So I can only input English and Japanese.

Per the information I have, you can still use Win10 on ADL platform, if you wish.

when I first use a macbook to play osu, I met the same problem. osu couldnt find any chinese font, so I saw 你好(chinese Hello) as blocks(□□). I had to ask in osu online chatroom. thankfully people helped me and tried finding some issues to solve my problem.
It was like the year a dota2 meme posting "______, _____________!" to troll LGD fans. Time flies.

看拼音要编译一次，看英文只需要搜词库……
脑用量感觉前者高，编译还是个不常用的冷门货……

不是，片假名就是日语，熟悉词汇以后一样可以像普通日语一般做分词
我读着都没障碍，也就某些刚过N1 N2的中国阿宅成天意淫日本人读不来片假名
