I just beat Radiant Absolute Radiance a few minutes ago. My advice to anyone attempting to defeat her is to be patient. It will take you many tries, as your execution and mentality must be on point for you to win.
On the first phase, get about two or three hits on her every time she finishes an attack, use your shadow dash sparingly as you can accidentally dash into her horizontal nails she summons. The only time you should abuse your dash is when she summons the light spheres that home in on you. The spikes that shoot up from the ground take a while to summon, so you don't have to make them priority one on evading.
The second phase, you are usually better off keeping your distance from her, as you are granted more time to react to what she is about to do. Also be sure to make good use of the platforms to get rid of those pesky light spheres.
The third phase, just keep moving quickly, do not hesitate or second guess yourself, as you will most likely get hit. Just pay attention to where she is focusing the light beam, and if she puts it directly on you, keep in mind that you do have a split second to react. So do not be afraid to use your dash to avoid dying. Lastly, keep in mind that she will start targeting you right where you are once you get really close to the top.
And for the final phase, I definitely recommend just pogoing off of her, and using your double jump to get off the screen, as the light sphere cannot chase you up there. Then you can just use your dash to either get to where she is teleporting so you can pogo off of her, or to safely land on one of the two pillars.
