刚刚我一张很久没用的国外的信用卡被盗刷了,一共两笔800刀左右。收款方写的 WL STEAM和steamgames.com
我一边给银行发邮件,一边找steam报告盗刷
不知道大家有没有相关经历,这种一般多久steam能有回复
update: steam的客服反应很快,在我提交工单24小时内就帮我解决回滚了盗刷的交易
如果也有和我一样不幸被盗刷的也可以参考一下:
0. 在操作前,先确保已经锁定或者禁用了被盗刷的信用卡
1. 首先可以进入 https://help.steampowered.com/zh-cn/wizard/HelpWithUnknownCharges 提交报告自己盗刷的工单
2. 在大约提交工单8个小时后,客服第一次回信,让我提供更多信息,主要是信用卡的头6位以及被盗刷的账单。我把银行的提示短信以及银行app里的交易记录提交了上去。

3. 在提交工单后20个小时,客服第二次回信,告诉我已经找到并且回滚了交易
Thank you for the information.
I was able to locate the charges. It appears that your credit card information has been compromised. We would recommend that you contact your bank or credit card company immediately to have the card number cancelled.
These transactions have been reversed in our system. Once the bank reconciles your account and sees that we have not collected the funds, the charges should drop-off your bank or credit card statement. This process may take several weeks depending on the bank.
If the charges don't drop off your bank statement you will need to contact your bank/credit card company and have them release the funds.
