This week's Marvel Press early-reader chapter book Deck The Malls!, is the first in a series of books to be released through 2018. The first book is written by former Marvel staffers MacKenzie Cadenhead and Sean Ryan, with art by Derek Laufman.

In October, various merchandise under this initiative will debut at big box stores like Walmart, Target, and Toys "R" Us. Hasbro, Jakks Pacific, Jay Franco, and Mad Engine are producing this unspecified merchandise.

The first figures from Marvel's Marvel Super Hero Adventures initiative have been released. Mad Engine, Jay Fanco, GBG, Jakks Pacific and others will be producing merchandise for this fall 2017/2018 line, and is scheduled to be available at big box retailers such as Walmart, Target, and Toys "R" Us.
