thunderbird 邮件客户端有没有冻结账户的插件？

我现在的情况就是有些邮箱账户已经不用了，有的像 21cn 和搜狐，邮箱业务都废了，有的像 google 邮箱，不是每时每刻都想连上去。
结果就是每次收取邮件时，弹出好几个登录不了或者密码错误的窗口让我一一确认。
但这些账户下的历史邮件我还是想要的，所以也不能把账户一删了之。所以想问问有没有冻结指定账户的扩展或者设置项，让我用雷鸟收取的时候，这些老旧账户仅供本地浏览和查询用？只有几个活跃账户去拉取邮件？

- Select Tools > Account Settings > Synchronization & Storage category for the desired IMAP account.
- Check Keep messages for this account on this computer.
- Click Advanced. Check Download for the Inbox and other folders you'd like to use offline.

If you are talking about an imap mail account, there are three items you need to uncheck.

- Right click on imap mail account and select 'Settings'
- Select 'Server Settings'
- uncheck: 'check for new messages at start up'
- uncheck: 'check for new messages every XX minutes'
- uncheck: 'allow immediate server notification when new messages arrive'
click on 'OK'

If you want, you can also unsubscribe from seeing folders.

- Right click on imap mail account and select 'Subscribe'

This will show a list of folders.
select the folders checkboxes and click on 'Unsubscribe'
click on 'OK'

Exit Thunderbird and wait a few moments for background processes to complete.
Start thunderbird.

多谢，但是好像给出的解决方案都是 IMAP 协议的，我很多旧邮箱都是 pop3 协议的，没有对应的选项。

不过你给出的 mozilla 官网的那个问答提到了 global inbox 设置——中文翻译过来是叫“综合文件夹 的 收件箱”。

我在 global inbox 的属性设置里面只勾选我需要的几个账户和它们的收件箱，以后只收取 global inbox 邮件就可以了。其它账户把“启动时收取”和“定时收取”的选项关掉，就不会收取邮件，也就不会弹窗了。

重启 thunderbird ,试了下，这次不弹窗了。

方便万一有同样需求的后来人，做个图示。

见图，新版本的 thunderbird 默认最上面就是 Global Inbox/综合收件箱。
按编号步骤
1. 在（综合）收件箱上鼠标点击右键属性
2. 选择要搜索的文件夹
3. 只勾选你想要使用的账户下的收件箱
4. 上述操作确认保存后，以后打开 thunderbird ，点击 箭头 4 指向的获取消息按钮，即只收取你在步骤 3 中勾选的账户下的邮件。

5. 箭头 5 是收取所有账户中的邮件。
