Activision Blizzard CEO Bobby Kotick is stepping down from Microsoft Gaming on December 29th.

Microsoft has not appointed a direct replacement for Kotick.

Activision Blizzard executives, including Mike Ybarra and Rob Kostich, now report to Matt Booty, President of Game Content and Studios at Microsoft.

Several Activision Blizzard executives will depart by March 2024.

Microsoft is maintaining the leadership teams of Activision Blizzard, with some exceptions.

Lulu Meservey, Chief Communications Officer at Activision Blizzard, will leave at the end of January.

Activision Blizzard's integration into Microsoft Gaming includes changes at ZeniMax and Bethesda, with Jill Braff named as the new head of those studios.

Microsoft is working on integrating Activision Blizzard into its gaming business, with Matt Booty taking on more responsibilities.

Xbox fans await news on plans to add Activision Blizzard games to Xbox Game Pass.

Phil Spencer and Matt Booty shared internal memos detailing the organizational changes and expressing excitement about the future.

我觉得难，因为游戏制作、开发、美术骨干全都出走了

当然很多姨姥会骂以前也烂，但是近年来是造血干细胞都出走完了
