貌似是个年经话题。
刚刚看到恶魂新的PV。
看到拉脱维亚的食脑怪后心底又浮现起这个疑问。
加上这回博德3夺心魔的存在感一下子变得极强后不尤得再次想到这个问题。
之前也有过类似讨论，但最后都不了了之。
我不止一次看到有说mindflayer和beholder是WOTC的唯二版权生物。
任何其他公司随意使用这两形象都是要吃WOTC这讼棍公司的律师函的。
实际根据wotc的srd-ogl里也确实有说这些内容不属于opl。换言之就是你用了我就保留追诉的权利。

除了夺心魔外和眼怪外，位移兽，吉斯洋基，吉斯泽莱人，食腐虫，土巨怪等也都是版权怪。
然而在实际中，眼怪beholder和夺心魔mindflayer的雷同怪设一直都没少过。甚至不少其他游戏中连擦边球都没搞，英文名都没避嫌直接上了。 比如FF系列从3代开始**咧咧用到现在，已经快默认成FF传统小BOSS了。
比如恶魂，貌似设定集里也是直接称minflayer的。反而血源里倒是改了名叫brainsucker。
往好处想一点。说不定真给了WOTC版权费？
