我也一样，看贴吧有很多人遇到这个问题了，而ps4版却可以预载。可能是服务器问题。

据说是特典豪华版里的游戏本体之外的东西不要选，只选游戏本体，就能下了。

根本不给选，ps4版点了下载后出来个列表让你选择是否下载特典。而ps5版点了下载就直接提示ce-107880-4。

试过了，点了好几次都说遇到遇到错误请过会儿重试。而且这个推送我就从来没成功过，即使是那些能从ps5上正常下载的游戏，也从没从网页上成功推送过。无所谓了，反正也没打算一解锁就玩。
