Window Problem Reporting一直在后台运行

这两天Window Problem Reporting突然开始在后台跑，跑起来基本上就停不下来了，稳定占用15%左右的cpu，杀掉可解，但是过半个多小时又跑了。
我倒是不反感它report，就是最好让我知道它在report啥东西，有啥办法能看到嘛？
