终于找到这篇疑似改编自《龙虎之拳》的高中英语课文了
Unit 19 JobsMany years ago, one of the best engineers in the Notco Company in Australia was Mr King. He had only worked there for five months, but already he was one of the best workers in the team. His job was to design new machines.
One day, Mr King had an accident. A worker drove a small handtruck so carelessly that it hit the back of Mr King's legs. Mr King, whose legs were badly hurt, was quickly taken to hospital. There a doctor asked him to remove his trousers so that he could examine his legs. To everyone's surprise, Mr King refused. Nobody could understand what the problem was. Finally, the doctor said to Mr King gently, "Please tell me what the problem is. Unless you tell me, I shall not be able to help you."
Mr King looked carefully at the doctor. "Please don't tell anyone else. If anyone at work discovers my secret, I shall lose my job. I'm not Mr King. I'm Ms King! I'm a woman! But I had to lie to the company and pretend to be a man in order to get a job."
Ms King had to tell her story to her boss Mr Pattis. "For months I tried to get a good job as an engineer, but it was impossible to get a job as a woman. So I cut my hair short, bought some men's clothes, used a man's name and finally got a job in your company. Please let me stay in the company; I enjoy working there."
The next day a meeting was held to discuss the problem of Ms King. The boss of the company, whose name was Mr Little, told the story about Ms King and then said:
"We shall have to make a decision about Ms King, whose story I have just told you. It seems that she told a lie in order to get a job with our company. I think that this is a very serious matter. I shall have to ask her to leave the company."
For a moment or two everyone was quiet. Then Mr Pattis, in whose department Ms King worked, said, "I don't agree with your decision. Does it matter if an engineer is a man or a woman? She is the best engineer in my office. I think that our company should offer jobs to people for one reason only: because he or she can do the job better than anyone else. She lied to us because she had to in order to get a job. I guess she also showed that she was very interested in working for our company. I would like her to stay in the company."
My Little said: "But we have never had women working in this part of our compnay before."
Mr Pattis replied with a laugh: "That's because we never thought of it!"
Mr.King是澳大利亚某公司的工程师，一次他因为事故腿受伤了，送去医生那里拒绝脱裤子，因为她是女扮男装。但事实上她老板Mr.Little早就知道了，说她欺骗了我们，应该把她辞了。管事的说她工作挺不错的况且你也没想过该不该招女工程师啊。
基本上就差个坂崎良的名字了……

很遗憾，这两位中考名落孙山，没能考上高中，所以这个故事跟他们完全无关。 Mr.King应该是被龙虎乱舞击碎上衣才露馅的。但是那个巨大的围度和罩杯，不用击碎上衣也能看出是女的来。 woxihuan23 发表于 2019-11-29 17:34

别的不说，king是真的棒，让我觉醒男人婆性癖的初代男人婆。 Mr.Little太扎眼了，Mr.Big是取自同名著名摇滚乐队，这里直接翻过来了 吉：我好兴奋呀，我好兴奋呀 搭车求问，龙虎之拳2的隐藏BOSS就是年轻的吉斯霍华德吗？ 森气楼画的King真的是男装丽人的启蒙 应该是第二次在S1看到讨论这篇文章了，Mr King是常见名字，但这个Mr Little就很刻意了，所以我也觉得95%就是龙虎之拳来的灵感。
King我第一次见到就留下极深的印象，不是因为男装，而是他（她）能用脚发波，这个可能也是格斗游戏里的一个首创。
而且King其实应该是SNK第一个女性格斗家吧，比饿狼２的舞早出来几个月（这个我是后来i查的发售时间。当年饿狼２和龙虎这俩游戏就是感觉一起出来的）
